The Falkeriset restaurant offers meals of the highest quality with a focus on the traditional Telemark kitchen. Local ingredients such as freshwater trout, reindeer and cloudberries are used both in our buffes, and in our party menus. Remember to reserve a table!
In the Falkeriset restaurant, seating up to 200 people, all the guests are seated in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with a great view of Hardangervidda. We serve 3 course meals or buffet Monday - Thursday and 4 - course menu on Saturdays. The menu of the day is available at the reception. Contact us for more information about the dinners and menus!
We often create a wine list, with selected wines that fit well with the meal. The wine package, which consists of a glass of wine to each dish, is carefully selected to match the evening's meal. During the summer we serve a summer buffet with both hot and cold dishes.
Vinstoga is one of our finest facilities, here we serve dinner and arranges wine or cognac tasting, according to guest's wishes. A cozy environment provides all the prerequisites for a long and pleasant evening at the table.
We will take subject to change as we adapt to our guests' wishes and to the season. In Christmas time we serve, of course, Christmas dinner, instead of four course menu.
